At Wrap Guys America, we design, print, and install vehicle wraps, wall wraps, and window graphics from our shop at 105-11335 NE 122, Kirkland, WA. We proudly serve Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Everett, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellingham, Spokane, and Portland, and we ship printed wraps to partner installation bays in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, and other major U.S. cities. Washington and Oregon are our home market and where we install in house. Everywhere else, the design and print work still happens with our team and a vetted bay handles the install close to you.

Wherever you are, the wrap itself is the same: artwork from our in-house designers, printing on 3M or Avery cast vinyl with a UV protection layer, and a 7-year warranty on the finished job. Your location changes the logistics, not the materials or the workmanship.

Wrapping Outside Washington and Oregon

Washington and Oregon are our home market, but we also wrap vehicles in California and in major cities across the rest of the country. What changes outside the Northwest is who puts the vinyl on the vehicle. Instead of you driving to Kirkland, we produce the wrap here and hand the install to a bay we have worked with and trust in your area. The design, the print and the warranty stay with us.

How an Out-of-State Wrap Installation Works

The short version is that we print here, ship the panels, and a partner bay installs them near you. In practice it runs like this:

  1. We start with a consultation: You tell us about your vehicle or fleet, your brand, and what you want the wrap to say. Photos and vehicle specs are usually enough to get us going.
  2. Our in-house designers build the artwork: We work from your logo and brand colors, or we create something original if you're starting from scratch, and you approve a proof before anything gets printed.
  3. We print on premium cast vinyl: Every wrap we produce uses 3M or Avery cast vinyl with a UV-protective laminate, no matter which city it ends up in.
  4. We ship the printed panels to the install bay: Wraps travel rolled and protected, and we confirm the bay and the delivery window with you before anything leaves our shop.
  5. Installation happens at a bay near you: We coordinate the schedule so your vehicle is off the road for as little time as possible, and you book the appointment around your own workweek.

On timing, plan for the design and proofing stage first, then printing, then transit to your city, then the install appointment itself. Proof approval is usually what moves the date most, so the faster you sign off on artwork, the sooner your vehicle is in the bay. Call us with your city and we'll give you a realistic date range before you commit.

The result is a wrap that looks the same on a truck in Texas as it does on a truck in Tacoma, without you shipping a vehicle across the country to get it.

Fleet Wraps Across Multiple Locations

Wrapping one van is straightforward. Wrapping a fleet spread across several branches takes planning, and it's worth doing that planning before anything gets printed. The two things that trip up most fleet rollouts are vehicle availability and cure time. Vehicles need to come out of service in a sequence that doesn't leave a branch short-handed, and freshly wrapped vehicles need time for the adhesive to reach full bond strength before they're back out in weather and road grime.

When we take on a multi-vehicle job, we'll talk through:

  • Which vehicles can come off the road first, and in what order
  • Whether it makes more sense to wrap in batches at one location or split the work across bays near each branch
  • How the design needs to adapt across different body styles, since a cargo van, a pickup, and a sedan don't carry the same layout
  • Whether older vehicles in the fleet need paint assessment before vinyl goes on
  • When you want the new branding to go public, and working backwards from that date

Rolling out in phases keeps your crews working while the fleet gets its new look, and it means we're not rushing panels onto a vehicle that's due back on a job site in an hour.
